petrie had recorded a demo of a guireans track in his sandwick
apartment just before the tragic events of 1980 ( emi casette
super C60 ). rumour has it that the surviving guireans are currently in deadstone's garage finishing off overdubs ( achieved by placing 2 tape recorders as near to eachother as possible ). nobody has heard the finished track yet but a scrap of the lyrics were discovered recently washed up at holm - ' whatever happened to Bogie from Bennadrove, was he really called Angus Buchanan. Did he go to The Crown, or run over Calan Bow, or turn into a Wee Free oh heeeeeeeeee.....................' |
