Ah well, another year and no Brit award for the Guireans, (or for any other AGOFR types for that matter). But I'm sure youse will take great satisfaction knowing that the fantastic Duran Duran performance was surely inspired by the Guireans getting back together at the Midges of Rock- hearing about that show no doubt encouraged Simon and the boys to get their fat ar*es back on stage as they probably didn't want to be eclipsed by one of their contemporarys.
