Check out the latest pictures on the Guireans website of the band's original singer, Gordon ''Errol White" Macleod, now that he's reached 40.  Judging from the photographs, although the hair transplant doesn't seem to have been too successful, it seems that the rest of Gordon's plastic surgery over the years has involved recycling all the old bits that Michael Jackson was finished with !
