Alasdair "Bod" Mackay

Played : Guitar 1982

Last seen doing arty stuff in Glasgow around 2011 - but has been keeping a low profile since 2003 or so.

Played on and off with a variety of punky folky and weird type bands in and around Glasgow through the 80s/90s/2000s up to the present. Nyah Fearties , Mr Luggs and (perhaps) The Hayburn Enclave among others.

Might  be playing with some cove called Eddie Platt, according to Google - but that might be a different Alasdair Mackay altogether.  

Far more importantly, Alasdair was the core genius who drove the Guireans right through the 80s and early 90s, although he's steering well clear of them at the moment.

Alasdair also jammed a bit with Leroi in Glasgow in the early 90s & came up with some great loud guitar n drum machine type riffs. Which still need to get something done to them.
